A study warns of a high incidence of cancer under the age of 50

- A study indicated that the number of cancer cases, among people under the age of 50, around the world appears to have risen sharply in the past thirty years.

- The study published in the British Medical Journal of Oncology reported that there were an estimated 3.26 million cases in 2019, an increase of 79% over what it was in 1990.

- The question is:

How will a new technology contribute to improving tests of cancer treatment drugs?

- Note that the research did not take into account the population increase, which is estimated at about 40%.

- As such, the study indicated concern about lifestyle factors and behaviors, the most important of which are excess weight and fatty diets rich in red meat, salt, as well as physical inactivity.

-   Which could lead to an increase in cancer rates among people between the ages of 14 and 49 years.

- Regardless of what genetic factors play.

The study added that digestive system cancers, skin and breast cancers are the most common.

It is noted that cancer has killed more than one million people under the age of fifty in 2019.
